SB 60                                                                                             
Message dated April 20 was read, stating the House passed and                                       
returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 60(JUD) am                                        
with the following amendment:                                                                       
                                                                                                    
             HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                                    
             60(RES) "An Act relating to agricultural facilities                                    
             and operations as private nuisances; and to                                            
             disclosures in transfers of certain real property                                      
             located within the vicinity of an agricultural facility                                
             or an agricultural operation."                                                         
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved that the Senate concur in the House                                             
amendment.                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House

and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting                                  
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 60(RES) "An Act                                                 
relating to agricultural facilities and operations as private nuisances;                            
and to disclosures in transfers of certain real property located within                             
the vicinity of an agricultural facility or an agricultural operation."                             
                                                                                                    
The Secretary was requested to notify the House.                                                    
                                                                                                    
The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
